It is only life and death situation for executives to get their pay and golden parachutes, everything else, not so much.
Your union didn’t want a vaccine mandate at all - your union is the one who pushed for Feb 1 deadline - the company wanted it done sooner.
So you guys have until Feb? I work for a different CLEC and we haven’t been mandated yet but it’s coming. I’m hoping to survive until the first of the year then take my vacation and walk when it comes. Regardless of how you feel about the vaccination I hope it all works out for you guys. God Bless.

I'm not aware that retail employees are prohibited from getting the vaccine now, if they choose.
