These great jobs that HR wants us to have an open mind to relocation, are jobs already held by colleagues. This company doesn't care about it's people.

Most high flying companies are moving to Austin, Nashville.. heck I could make a better case for Omaha than New Jersey. Our teams are in India anyhow are we moving there too? As others mentioned previously the consolidation is all for monitoring, command and control. No we will not be moving to this over taxed, crowded cr-p-ho-e. Stop posting here minions take it some place else.
Asking existing employees to move for no reason other than Frank wants it that way is just unacceptable. Good luck being a technology company acting like this. What’s next, dress code requiring suits? New Jersey is horrible. No one should move for this company. They don’t care about you, if they did they wouldn’t make you move, they wouldn’t give you a 1-2% annual raise, they wouldn’t take your cash bonus and make it stock. They make more money, but invest no new money in existing employees.
Who would relocate for this company? You could move and get cut at anytime.

Look at how many jobs are lost and people having to uproot their lives to satisfy a micromangers grip on his employees. This is disheartening how it is sold to the public like we are adding new jobs. Bs. People lost jobs for this. How cruel. Worst ceo.
