I think all this “change” going on right now is in response to something not proactive at all. In the past 5 years it seems re orgs energize them not just general change. A lot brought in by the 20 million by 2021 bit. If this keeps up stockholders will quit faster than a new hire and Verizon will be swallowed up. The days of because we’re better are over

Vz stock price is telling you where the company will be in the future. Street thinks way DOWN. Best scorecard for a public company management is the stock price. It reflects investor opinion and confidence to management.

“Only something really disruptive like Google or space-X coming out with some new technology will change that ++ and Verizon would likely capitalize on it.“

When has Verizon capitalized on anything dealing with new technology, that was innovative or unique or that nobody else offered? Maybe in 2004 under Ivan Seidenberg, when they announced Fios. That’s about it. And please don’t bring up 5G, as all the wireless carriers are in in that.

About the same ++ own too much infrastructure and frequency to go away ++ the grass isn't greener on the other side ++ for all the complaints about Verizon, AT&T and TMobile are way worse both for employees and service. ++ Only something really disruptive like Google or space-X coming out with some new technology will change that ++ and Verizon would likely capitalize on it.

There is a reason they are pushing matrix pricing for our GCs in Network Construction. Soon GC's will do it all including all Network Engineering.....

In 5 years the company will be owned by someone else. All of the executive leadership will be gone by the next presidential election.
