It's clear that the majority of employees are no longer happy at Fiserv. Sadly, most of us have a good reason why we can't move on, at least for now. For me it's medical, I can't risk losing my coverage at this point even if it means being stuck here. So please stop saying that if I'm not happy I should just leave. If I could, trust me, I would. I doubt many people who work here are masochists. If we're still here, it's because we have no other choice.

I agree, don't put limits on yourself, and you can look for opportunities on the side. Fiserv will tell you "It's just business" and let you go. Be prepared for that, and take your employment in your own hands.
I left for a bigger competitor and ended up with cheaper medical and the same (if not better) coverage.
Actually, don't limit your options. You can still look for full-time work on the side for a company with good or better medical.
