Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Fiserv foul plays

I don't have face to face with banking customers. Is how Frank running the business normal for the industry - just like a BofA or US Bank. Would they just be laughing at employees too? So would they be aware of what is going on and the real direction Fiserv is going? Also, are institutional shareholders that naive?

One of the interesting things I noticed is how HR is going around employee direct managers and not following a chain of command for employee actions.

Do you really expect leadership to have a plan? They aren't that good.
That's why they are all running around confused. Have you ever experienced transparency of plan in the new world order? Sociopathic power over people is the Frank norm.

Not only are conversations 1on1 from VPs, there isn't anything being communicated in writing. Requesting details around the relocation and severance packages are ignored.

Feels like the way Fiserv is doing this is wrong and just plain underhanded. Not a fan of lawyers and litigation but hope some are digging into this and find something class action worthy.
