Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Clients are leaving, too.

They don't care about us, but shouldn't they care about their clients?

Clients are already leaving this ridiculous company, and I believe they will continue leaving in the future even more. They have only themselves to blame for their bad strategy and bad management.

Wow. Navy leaving would be a huge blow to DC, it's their biggest cash cow after mobiliti.

And since clients are leaving due to inferior service, rumors of groups (Clover) maybe breaking apart, employees either being forced out or tired of the turmoil, sure wonder why anyone feels like this is a good investment. Will the stock go up if the company breaks apart - is that why it would be a good investment?

Clients that are leaving now are leaving due to problems encountered in the past, mostly due to inferior service. The issues raised here will affect service quality in the future. Its going to be the early part of 2023 before clients leave due to issues resulting from RIFs, relocations, RTO, etc. I know of several AP clients who are in the process of leaving now. I am a former Fiserv employee whose current employer has several Fiserv clients, many soon to be former Fiserv clients.

Stock is at 101 and below the institutional mean, where institutions decide if the stock is a dud or they buy more. If they see this board, I bet they start dumping the stock. Knowing that their Fintech investments are getting gutted, and Clover is the only thing being pushed in a highly competitive space.

If you can't commit then leave. Commit to what? Commit to working for a company that doesn't give a cr-p about their employees or clients? Commit to a company that is mis-managed by a mafia style mentality? Commit to a company who has proven they cannot build a server or setup a new datacenter in literally 5 years and counting. You are joking right? Commitment goes both ways, the employees have made the commitment, the company has not. They continue to do things to hurt morale, ruin peoples lives and generally say FU to employees everyday in way or another. I'm done, leaving in a couple of weeks, the treatment of the employees and clients will come back to haunt them. Bye Felicia. And FU Frank the punk a-s bi--h, pull your head out of your a-s.

SOUND BUSINESS??? Utter nonsense! Do more with less while Frankie B continues his pet projects. You can only cut personnel so much. We are drowning taking on the extra roles. I'm tired of working 55-60 hr weeks.
