Square seems to be running at about $250 on stock and Fiserv is limping at $100ish or lower. Is the reason for the dirt CEO at Fiserv thinking it could go to $200 because of Clover - and why that is why it is promoted so much. Is Clover supposed to promote Fiserv stock? Or would the sale of Clover would bring up stock?

Yup. If KKR think clover by itself will be worth 3x the current valuation of all of FISV in 3 years then the BOD will be not be asked to relocate next to an asphalt plant in New Jersey.
Until that deadline is up I’m guessing things will only get tougher on the day to day folks.
The CEO doesn't know, he's a puppet and get's told what to do by KKR and the BOD. If he had a brain he would be dangerous.
