Because they make it very easy for the customer to do business with them and their infrastructure is now as good as ours.

They are offering lower cost services with a smaller infrastructure spend. I'm sure it's hard on the retail side when customers want the cheapest service but I've seen wireless and wireline customers go to T-Mobile for price and then come back.
