Folks, I've been through several layoffs, and each time I ended up landing on my feet. Most of the folks I know who've been laid off before also ended up in a better position. Maybe it didn't seem so right away, but in the end, it turned out okay. And let's be honest, can it really get worse than Fiserv? I don't see it.

This isn't just a bunch of talk - the pay is much better out there!
The fact is that many companies pay better than Fiserv, have cheaper benefits, less stress and are happy with WFH.
You have skills that are in demand so now is the best time to leave.
You could start working at the next company to be acquired by Fiserv. That might be worse.
