His public speaking and internal communications sucks for a few reasons. First, he has no trust in the head of Corp Comms. Why she hasn’t been fired is a surprise to anyone who has spent more than five minutes with her. Two, she gutted the internal Comms team.
Maybe the board is anti-Charlie because he’s been horrible to everyone since joining, and keeps telling employees it’s important to go to the office when he does every town hall from his home. Has that crossed your mind?

He doesn’t have to put in the effort. He’s in the club.
He was born rich, educated rich, and given jobs based on nepotism and favoritism - he can speak any way he wants and still exceed so why put effort in?
