Donziger — not Donzinger — has been disbarred and is in prison for criminal contempt.

That explains why Chevron lawyers once said publicly: “We will fight this lawsuit until he-l freezes over, then we’ll fight it out on the ice.”
Donziger and his fellow fraudsters still have huge exposures to future legal problems.
He’s in federal prison. And he’s lost his license to practice law. Sympathetic, stupid, socialist congresswomen cannot change either of those facts.

Donzinger's case seems to being getting more and more support as days go on and along with more support from congress people and other people in the world. What's going to happen with Chevron if it does lose this? (i hope it doesn't) and what do you guys think is the end result in this for us?
Try at a fraudulent money grab and a test of a big dollar money litigation funded by deep pocket investors. When it was clear that Texaco already paid the Ecuadorian government to settle claims on exit the only avenue was fraud to extract payment. No one bought the scam, not the USA courts and not the international courts. They guy way overplayed his hand for profit and now is getting what he desires. No sympathy for the guy at all!
