At Aon I never met Pat Ryan of the Chicago crowd. He was essentially a good man but caved to the IT debacle that was brought on by Computer Sciences Corp. and all IT was dismissed. Not knowing Frank or Jeff is no big thing. It was devastating what happened at Aon and Frank-KKR are doing just as bad. Though with regular staff and managers being laid off. Investors and new emps should pay attention here.
