I predicted earlier this year that the stock would fall below $25, after TW is unloaded the stock will be in the $23-$23.75 range!

At end of 3Q, T had > $20B cash on books. At this valuation it should spend 25% of that to buy back stock and retire some dividend obligations.

We agree on the trend and I (retiree) personally think AT&T is a terribly run company but I think once TW is unloaded there may be a small bump in price just because of some reduction in debt and a mostly pure wireless play. Probably still below $30 a share though.
