The vax cannot be classified as a job requirement. You can require me to wear a mask at work but I can take it off at home. You can require me to wear a hard hat at work but I can take it off at home.

Also, if a vaccine is a requirement of employment then couldn’t I argue to be paid around the clock for getting it?

You're a bone head. VZ FAQ states you get the vaccine or you are on unpaid leave. There is no test option. OSHA says its optional. So naturally VZ won't allow it.

Thats it, im done. Im prepared to be fired. I knew this day was gonna come. Im not happy but i am not going to compromise my personal freedom to be forced into a vaccine.
Its gonna be a long battle afterwards with the courts. I believe I will eventually get my job back without having to get vaccinated. I will collect unemployment then when that runs out, i will get another job.
If not now, then when do i truly take a stand. Enough talk.
