I believe leadership can be pleased with how the debate over the vaccine has kept us all distracted from all the other issues we face here?
People are just talking about the vaccine and everyone around me seems to have forgotten that we all equally share the same feeling of being undervalued in a company that is not on a good course.

Get the Vax so that when it wears off you're more vulnerable to Covid than you were without it.

Exactly why you should get the vax. People have no symptoms and are delivering it to you. You are more likely to get sick. Talk to a doctor tell them your concerns. This is not hard. Everything is in your control
People who got it 6-9 months ago now have virtually no benefit from it now. In fact numbers from the UK, Denmark, and Israel show they are probably more likely to get it and carry it than an unvaccinated person. But I love the virtual signaling.

There is no debate about the vaccine. Most Americans received their vaccine 6-9 months ago. All you have is a few fringe lunatics whining loudly
