Simply untrue. Reading comprehension is a highly under-valued skill. Go back to the memo and look at the very specific dates for the very specific vaccine schedule listed. Bottom line, all paperwork must be submitted by December 8, and if you can't make this date but are in the process of getting your vaccine information in order, HR will work with you to understand what is outstanding and your willingness to get sh!t done ASAP.
