The company is full of yes man people who avoid any sort of discussion or debate. The company’s culture is one that encourages it because they are not interested in employee feedback. In fact, I think that honest feedback here is totally undesirable to a point where you can be subtly punished for it.
My manager is so smug that any honest comment about anything would be interpreted very negatively. Those who do not want to be yes man, it seems that they have only one option - resign.
