Yep, all about Government $$$$$ because Ford doesn't give a damn about it's employee's. Since Ford is mandating a questionable vaccine, sending most of their development to other Countries, manufacturing most of there parts overseas why buy a Ford when it doesn't support the American worker! Why?

Mask wearing leadership as witnessed during the Ford+ meeting this last week clearly demonstrates how toxic the air is at WHQ. Apparently you can't even be unmasked alone in a private office. I wonder if we'll be able to salvage the building. Maybe there's just a lot of mask-less unvaccinated people running around. I guess I can see why leadership would hold on to the vaccine mantra. But then again, maybe the masks come down on December 8th at 12:01am when the "all-clear" bell rings.

It's rather odd that the "science" Ford is holding on to is in direct conflict with the training forced upon us working level folks that promotes robust engineering practices. The available vaccines wouldn't even stand up to the discipline of a DFMEA. Try telling leadership we have to release a part or feature that clearly doesn't work across the board on all vehicles we make and see how many conference rooms you get laughed out of. Yet doing this very thing is now Job1. Madness at its finest! We have truly lost our way...

It's not about vaxing or not-vaxing at this point - There's clearly no benefit. We need to do something that works. We need leadership that gets us off our knees and lets us critically think for ourselves. Leadership that removes this self imposed weight around our necks, is focused on running the business with a unified work force, and enables us to compete like a challenger as they say. Practice what you preach for goodness sake! You might be pleasantly surprised. You might also be able to provide some true benefit to your dedicated work force.

I hate the federal government. Taking tge stupid vaccine was told by people about every single one of them how they got sicker than a dog. I am taking supplements and i am oretty sure i got covid back in jan - march 2020 when i got a cold twice. I never get two colds in a single year. Havent been sick since and i dont wear a mask in stores

They won’t back down , but double down. Can’t wait until you have to wear a mask with the name of the vax and the date you received it written on it.

It's all about $. There are so many businesses that stand to gain monetarily by keeping the COVID going. I still see so much overcrowding everywhere, I would not call it that deadly. Masses of homeless people not distancing, no masks, etc. and are alive and kicking. It's all about control.

So people sit in restaurants eating and spreading germs which of course exceptions are granted to. Then there are other populations that are granted exceptions from the Vaccine mandate. Where is the science that allows us to pick and choose who has to be vaccinated? What is the point of the mandate if only certain populations are subject to it?

Also, getting the vaccine doesn't prevent you from getting COVID. If we already know the vax doesn't work, why keep pushing it and subjecting people to unnecessary risks?

They don’t care, that’s not in Michigan. Get the jab or face consequences (not my words).
