There's huge savings for AT&T in keeping people that have the medical subsidy benefit into 2022 then those furthest way from age 65 will be those that provide the largest ROL (return on layoff) savings. Take $$/month x 12 x years to 65 = huge $$$

Makes no difference to me if someone is vaxxed or not. Everyone makes their choice based on their situation. Having said that, the FDA said this week Covid will be over in Jan 2022 as a result of the approval of the developed by Merck. Most other pharmas are also developing similar pills.
