How is NM going to handle the Federal / OSHA vaccine mandate? January 4th is right around the corner. I don't think the new mandate will allow working from home as being in compliance. Anyone with a brain new this was coming when only 58% of the US population is vaccinated. The last I heard NM is only around 50% vaccinated.
- Will NM go with the 'testing' option which would cost both the employer and the employee more in health insurance premiums?
- How will vaccinated employees feel about working with unvaccinated employees?
- A way to get rid of more employee's and bring in new at lower salaries?
