For those who took PIL with another role lined up - is it safe to update LinkedIn reflecting the actual start date once the last PIL check + vacation was received? Would there be any risk of XOM coming after you for being employed while on PIL or is this safe after the last check hits your account?

They can’t claw it back. 😂. I switched to the PiL and started a new job a bit later. Have been dead quiet on LinkedIn. Can’t wait to update it once the last check hits
