OBA and Authority Management bank sunk loads of $$ and the system sucks - b/c of poor leadership.
Travel for middle managers.
Production Support....I'm not sure what the hordes of people do...most of the critical prod support is done by the core application team
Diversity and Inclusion
Poor leadership, inefficient processes, lack of forward thinking and bureaucracy politic are the big four.
Leadership forcing RTO and not listening to the overwhelming response from their employees.
Inexperienced leadership. And they hire inexperienced employees.
Lack of training...sink or swim environment.
Inefficient processes. Also too many employees are knowledge in one area but lack talent in anything else.
