You know those who whatever they do, even the smallest thing, have a need to make a drama out of it as if they have done something amazing? I dread these people but it seems that it is better to be such a person at Fiserv than the one that really works hard and doesn't feel the need to brag about it. Those who make everyone else roll their eyes seem to be much more successful here than others.

I am as frustrated as anyone with vaccine mandate, relocation, work from work, and less and less people to do the real work. I will have to say my managers are awesome and like a lot of the rest of us just trying to navigate our difficult road - keeping the passengers safe, avoiding the potholes and ejector seats. I truly feel most of us are invested in what we are doing. It’s a shame that the board room is the group planting the iud’s in the road and siphoning the gas from the cars.
The most successful are the managers who know little about what their reports do. And due to the review process that rates you on things that have nothing to do with your job duties, they get ahead in that world of contrived goals.
fiserv is full of brown-nosers.. just look at any manager
