Too many complainers here who should focus their energy on working harder instead of complaining so much about things they can do nothing about. Stop doing your bare minimum and start taking some pride in your work and maybe, just maybe, you'll see things change for you for the better. I'm tired of people expecting something for nothing.

My work is with a field of oranges.
Right now im dealing with an infestation of an invasive worm that has taken over my field of oranges.
Theres no work left to do.
The only thing i can do right now is burn it all.

If I could afford the same amount of lifestyle I could five years ago I'd work as hard as I did five years ago.
Inflation and stagnated pay with no raises is the same as a pay cut. Pay workers less, get less work. Sorry not sorry.

I am jumping ship as soon as I can.
We r working hard and have been doing so since 2015! But we have been watching our colleagues getting laid off, our benefits cut and our salaries stagnant. What else do we do???
