Is to vote with your feet. If you are that unhappy, sometimes it’s best just to part ways. This will leave you in a better place, and if enough people do it, will have the biggest impact on the company that you are leaving. I’m giving my 2-week notice this week and couldn’t feel lighter :)

I gave my notice as well last week and it was such a weight lifted. This will be my last week at Fiserv before moving to a much improved opportunity and adventure.
These past 5-6 weeks have been so difficult between relocation requirements/ "opportunities" and requiring the vaccination. I am not a puppet and will not be strung along. Fiserv has made it clear that I am of no value to them regardless of my knowledge and skillset. C'est la vie, I am looking forward and not back. Fiserv is a rapidly sinking ship, and I am glad to jump off now rather than later.
I feel like all this motivational "just leave" posts are really just Frank's crew trying to accelerate the rate of attrition so that he can realize his dream of a company full of contractors. There's been about 10 new ones a day; seems suspect. Instead, I suggest everyone coast for as long as possible to gain back the stolen 401K match, plus some additional "Fk Frank" compensation.
