Any managers in here that have entered bonus numbers yet? Curious what the YOY change was in bonus pool. Please list your general area too as I think different areas have different targets. Personally interested in GT&O numbers

Bonus has nothing to do with how long you have been with the bank. How much uuubjiss azz depends on how much bonus you get.

Bro, you didn't do jack. Unless your team has a DNM, you have near zero power to swing bonuses one way or the other. Also, congrats -- you now gave your team ammo to go to HR with because you used a confidential metric against them.

The site leader receives an excel sheet with everyone's names on it and bonus amount next to name. Its passed down to the manager. Your manager can recommend adjustments BUT not guaranteed. Very small movement is made if approved. The manager has to do a write up to request the bonus be approved. Site leader can disregard it if they want.

HR decides the bonus. Last years ranking is part of it. Managers make more bonus by a VERY large amount compared to others. If you have been with bank 10-15 years or more those people make more $ in bonus. Some managers that have been with bank in GT&O make 30-40,000 in bonus. The range is crazy. Some associates make 2,000 while others make 8,000. Alot has to do with when you started with the bank.
