I would've left even before, but this time I do not want to accept an offer that does not suit me completely. I don’t see BNY Mellon doing anything to keep people. These are all cosmetic moves that don't mean much to anyone. At my age, I wish I didn’t have to leave, but it’s definitely not good to stay either. What would keep you from leaving here?
