Whoever posted about their HR interview - can you please tell us the nature of the interview? Was is about accommodation or about your exemption claim?

No word yet after waiting two weeks since HR interview. One new update on FAQ is that if you submitted an accommodation request by November 8, and it is still pending on December 8, you will remain employed and paid while your request is being assessed.
Seems to me they must address the vaccine mandate extension of January 4, but they have not yet.
I have heard the vax mandates will not apply to remote workers.

IBM is trying to avoid an official layoff with the vax mandate from the Brandon administration… It is an easy way for IBM to get rid of people the cheap way. You get suspended, they stop your pay. And if you think your other benefits (health insurance, etc…) will still be provided, don’t count on it.
There will be no accommodation at all… if you still think you will get one you are a fool.
Same here. Meetings were last week for at least the 1st batch. No clue what IBM is doing though because HR won't respond.
I've not heard of anyone yet who has received word of their approval or denial, and many of them had meetings last week.
i hear after the form....there are interviews that will be schedule...Any other forums to discuss this (ex Telegram)---since this most likely will be deleted by moderators.
