I get it you feel powerless.
You work hard.
While you worked through the pandemic you are being rewarded with vagueness of future from "leadership", more responsibilities and uncertainty of position.
Maybe you have been through a few CEO's in your tenure - maybe this is your first dust up on ye ole stagecoach.
You really aren't any of powerless.
Quit reading this site.
Start fixing your resume.
Connecting with your network at work to recommend you- Linkedin
Work on your portfolio.
Talk to recruiters.
Take a 120% pay increase with better benefits by leaving; but be patient if your area is laying you off.
Don't jump too early.
Wait for the 60 notice before you apply.
Don't reapply to WF unless you take a 20% jump in pay and even then be cautious.
DON'T take a job at WF for less MONEY or EQUAL to what you are making.
Enjoy the time off and get through the emotions.
Your value isn't determined by your job or a large corporate behemoth.
Your value is best determined by you.
