Employees are leaving because the bank's competitors are offering higher wages, career advancement opportunities and more flexibility. Yet rather than incentivizing employees to stay, BNYM is threatening to withhold bonuses and / or terminate continued employment unless a longer "notice" window is complied with.

I'm leaving because of the vaccine mandate. I'm vaccinated however, BNYM has no standing to force a medical decision onto their employees unless they must, for some reason, return to office.
How many examples do people need of what a cr-p company this is before they leave??? Right now the market is doing well, the firm is doing well, every other firm is providing incentives and what does BNYM do? CUT.
If that's not the wake up call I don't know what is.

Let alone the fact that health/disability/life insurance increased 20% for 2022.
