I’ve never seen a B4 in Tech making that much.
B5, 135k, just mentioning because it’s beyond the 130k some other person mentioned.
No set range by Band alone. I've seen H5s make anywhere from 56-130 and the 56-90 range for the same role. And I've seen H4s starting under 120. All this inn GT&O. If your biggest concern is pay, ain for Band 0 -- i hear they make a ton.
Search the career site and look for B4 and B3 in Colorado or Connecticut. They will display salary ranges.
