Are we all going to be required to wear masks for all of next year? Are we wearing masks because we are not confident in the vaccine?

As long as it keeps the attrition rate high then yes Honeywell will push for permanent masking.
As explained at our site.... Honeywell mask policy is determined by each site, based on reported Corona virus cases reported in the county that site is located. Once cases drop below a certain threshold in your county, then the mask requirement will go away. I am not sure what that threshold is though.
I suggest you google the question and read what the medical community recommends. That may help you understand. Not complicated.
