Client Onboarding?? Saw this position?

Anyone have any deets on this position? Salary? Vacation? NY/FL? Is the bank really that terrible?

And don't think you really have a vacation. You are expected to keep up with your emails and maybe even join a few meetings.

Whatever the pay is, count on one to two percent raises each year which is actually a decrease in pay.

The positive glassdoor reviews are from Pune and Chennai. This skews everything and is not representative of the US employee experience.

If NY means NYC, and assuming this is your location, I'd be skeptical of long term prospects - if work is already supported in FL, then will it all eventually move there?

Yes, I've been to glassdoor, reviews seem outdated and some staged. I know that can be the case for here as well but... had to throw a line out there

There are a surprising number of positive reviews on Glassdoor.com. And the CEO has an 86% approval rating. Seems fishy.

Go to Glassdoor.com for opinions from people. They talk about salaries and benefits there too.
