Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

CFO

Man, I know Pascal Desroches is a smart guy, but he is still a terrible and uninspiring leader. Better than he once was, but there was literally, no place to go but up.

Pascal is a weak CFO from TimeWarner. A minority promotion by the woke Stinky. The market analysts have no respect for him and the stock price continues to sink

JTS surrounds himself with weak leaders so he does not get challenged.

Executive succession is a notorious problem. The incentive structure to "neutralize" anyone who might be a threat leads to a situation where only the current CEO and their dominance hierarchy can ever move up.

That's exactly how Stank got the job, by the way.

Stank has such contempt for his telco employees he could even put one that worked for years in the position and chose to put a Warner person in. Pathetic.

It’s a leader that won’t question JTS strategy. Haven’t you noticed a trend lately, there is no one at the table that has a spine to stand up him and question the mess he has created. JTS surrounds himself with weak leaders so he does not get challenged.

Why would anyone come to Toxic T - well to fill up their bank accounts, lie to the employees, shareholders and customers, and wack as many US based employees as possible for free - like they have done well in Finance.

Then leave by pulling that rip coard on your Golden Parachute and make your bank account overflow.

Then go to work and ruin some other company.

Social Justice for those ATT government contracts. All promotions are going to minorities. ATT no mention of appreciation for Veterans. As usual ATT goes with the flavor of the month but on this one they screwed up bad. We get all se-ual orientations and minorities saluted but veterans to the back of the bus. Disgraceful.
