Does anybody get LP awards anymore? It seems like ever since Frank slammed his piece of junk "gyft" replacement over top of the existing LP system, the entire thing has become unusable. Knowing Frank, this was likely the goal, to try to maximize employee wallet theft.

No, that seems to have disappeared about 6 months ago, at least in FRMS. Used to get them all the time.
You can redeem the points for gift cards, including Amazon. You don’t have to get merchandise (except for anniversary awards, which sucks).
Living Proof is an outstanding program. Thousands of associates get Living Proof awards for client service achievement, process improvement ideas and monthly productivity. I know you have no idea what you are talking about because we provide the awards mostly tax free unlike the program run at the ofs which taxed the individual for cheap merchandise that wasn’t worth the taxes, so you don’t know what you are talking about.
I hate that garbage. You get "$50" worth of points, but then they take out taxes on that. And then you can only use to buy stuff that costs way more than any actual store.
Every employee has a $1000 cap on living proof awards per year. It is possible that you have hit your cap.
I also heard a rumor that every manager also has a cap for their employees (of unknown size). It is possible that your team has hit their cap for the year.
It’s more like the “proof of life” award - and your reward is reporting into an office every day to prove you are still alive.
I got a $500 gift card just because our CEO was thankful for us working at home. Also we got our whole office paid for and get an internet $ stipend every paycheck.
