I'd rather not get one over the bu-----t 2% I've gotten from them over the years. cah incentive is fu---d as well, and the stock... well, we know how that goes.

Bonuses are paid to directors and above... Last year they only paid half in cash the rest in stock grants ones in my opinion leadership knew much of the talent would not be around to collect. There puny books are always cooked to short change the working class too leadership has contractual compensation and others receive 'one time' incentives.

I already got my bonus this year - $17k before taxes.

Oh, wait, that's right - I quit Fiserv last year and I work for a real company now.

Good luck with that puny pittance that they may or may not give.

They will never skip a bonus for upper management. You do not have to worry.

You’re worried about a bonus when the rest of us are focused on getting new jobs? How morally out of touch can one get?

Lower levels of organization have absolutely no skin in the game to even think a bonus would be appropriate. Although other companies do so.
A very wise and wealthy man said, employees first, and they will take care of your clients.
What a concept.
