For something as simple as centralized access request, BAC finds a way to make it overly complex and counter intuitive. Look no further than ARM....Request New vs Request Modify, the layers to navigate....its kind of crazy. Yes things are improving, but how old is that system? Not dumping on ARM, but it is a case study of how BAC can't get out of its own way to make intuitive and simple solutions

It’s better than what we had before, that system was a nightmare!

ARM is a perfect example of how we do things with the idea that so long as it works at all and is cheap, that is good enough. We don't even try to be the best. That costs too much.
I'm with the OP, ARM is crazy. Concept is good, implementation kinda sucks
I like arm and it works. Managers need additional training gin what they should approve when giving access though.
