Wages haven't kept up with inflation. The bank is counting on brining in visa folks for the same salaries they bring them every year...work just has to be acceptable...not good..but acceptable

Big financial downturn expected in 2022 and things are still running ok without hiring. As long as existing employees continue to keep working harder to keep up, hiring will be limited. I see some consolidation coming.
