Bringing people back into the office while Delta variant is spiking is irresponsible and dangerous of firstdata-fiserv and backwards thinking.
Climate change is happening and the backwards leadership negates the green initiative by demanding RTO. Firstdatafiserv is not a responsible green company.
Well i just got an offer, and it is for more. I guess i still get to work from home and don't have to move to NJ. Oh bonus, i get all those benefits that Frank removed.

Look, another OFD poster! The same company that was swimming in debt and had to be rescued by OFS. Our stock kicked a-s over the last decade. It split a couple of times. The culture was awesome. We had fun while working and learning.
Now it’s toxic and the stock is flatlining. The difference? Frank. The arrogance of OFD is appalling, considering they haven’t accomplished anything close to warranting that kind of confidence. But that’s usually how it goes. The loudest and the proudest are almost always the weakest links.

I can't stop laughing at how Frank said "this is an employee-driven decision" referring to opening the NJ building. Not a single employee wants to move to NJ. Frank should be fired immediately. It's like having a sociopathic kid at the controls.
