What’s the deal with restricted units this year or cash bonus announcement? We’ve had for 4 years running, seen nothing this year.

That's from January this year.

Peanuts over 4 years. Don't eat em all at the same time...
They aren’t giving me enough to be a reason to stay. Anyone privy to the RSU numbers by salary range??
Really hope they do it again. Its one of the reasons I'm not looking for a different job.
Yes, that’s literally the whole point. Its purpose is not to make you happy and rich, it’s to make you stay here, that is literally it.
I agree with the poster below - basically it takes you two years just to accrue 25% of the gift which is pretty slimey. Another of the sneaky changes the bank put in place last year. Also why do the top executives still get a pension while we do not?
My problem with the stock units is that they announce the gift, but then they don't start giving it to you until one full year later. We don't even get a portion of it right away. What's up with that!?
Hey MAGA, you give yourselves away when you’re troll-intentions too obvious. Skip the nasty Biden comments and more people will assume you’re legit. Otherwise GFY.
Irrespective of the economy BofA will not compensate you competitively. You'll need to change jobs for that to have a chance of happening.
Make Haste, Brandon!
Confident they will announce. In 2019 came out in late November and last year mid December. 99% confidence interval they are coming...
Guess this is the booming Biden economy. More taxes, high inflation, handouts for the poor, working class schmucks be damned.
