To bring down to this level a company that used to be a real solid place to work can only be done by extremely destructive leadership. Of course, it can always get worse, so I think that destructiveness will continue.

Frank is just trying to maximize margin. He despises AP and loves Issuer.
The only problem with that is that FI's tend to buy their products in suites. Cross selling was supposed to be a way that we were going to maximize revenue. You know, sell a core customer our card services and vice versa, etc.
This is what's gonna happen. Burn them on their core, and they won't want to touch any other parts of our product suite with a ten foot pole. The core system is the HEART of the bank. You don't f with that.
