This forum is not associated with neither Ford nor the government. It’s a website about layoffs with hundreds of forum boards like this one, one for the employees of every major company.
It has a few simple rules listed in the footer that apply to all forum boards, but it comes down to this:
- don’t name names
- don’t course or insult others
- no off-topics like politics and religion
Other than that, pretty much everything flies.
When the people fear the government, it's called tyranny, when government fears the people, it's called liberty.

Here is the simplest description of the 1st ammendment. Go look it up and if you want to complain about content being removed from this site, use another site. This is SUPPOSED to be complaints about the layoffs at Ford, not a forum for you to call the company totalitarian or the other nonsense out here. Please leave this site for REAL issues like what they are doing to retirees and planned personnel cuts. Requiring the covid vaccine is not an attack on your freedom of expression--it is for public health in a pandemic. Don't like it, work somewhere else.

Ford is a private company. You do not have blanket free-speech rights in ANY private company. Learn the law.
