Vaccine mandate on hold

Thank the 5th US Circuit Court of Appeals for putting the US Constitution first.

What will Ford do now?

The FDA has asked a federal judge to make the public wait until the year 2076 to disclose all of the data and information it relied upon to license Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine.

The boy that cries wolf narrative is losing it's sting. No ones buying the storyline anymore. They'd rather just take their chances, and they don't care what anyone thinks about it.

None.

@4fbe+1dNbnaww - I'd say what's changed is that I can walk away from Ford and any other place taking Federal funds and thus needing to live by the Golden Rule and work under OSHA regs.

And don't overlook that the Fed Contractor issue is in the courts but hasn't been heard yet. Fundamental reality of gov't overreach is still true so the statutory and Constitutional concerns that got the OSHA reg pitched quickly are still relevant and should result in the same conclusions.

@4jyv+1dNbnaww - try to avoid the copy-pasta. I put a more thorough response in another chain, but the short of it is that it's been acknowledged and confirmed via study that the shots are doing an effective job in preventing transmission.

Consider Gibraltar, probably the most "vaxxed" country on the planet.
Entire country plus those who come in from Spain to work there have had the shots: https://ourworldindata.org/covid-vaccinations?country=GIB

Yet they are seeing an exponential rise in cases:

Similar story in Singapore, Netherlands and Iceland.

Nothing has changed. The rules for Federal contractors are still in place. Ford employee must still be vaccinated or request an exemption before the deadline or face a 30 day unpaid leave followed by loss of employment.

CDC just reported there were 100,000 deaths between April 2020 and April 2021 , mostly from fentanyl.

We need a federal mandate that everyone be tested weekly for illegal dr-gs and have to show proof they are clean as a matter of employment.

Alex Berenson and Epoch Times (non MSM of course) are reporting feds have given up on OSHA req due to illegal. Of course Feds and Ford don't care and won't tell you that they just want you to go get your clot shot and give it to your kids, dogs, babies, nursing mothers, and Barbie dolls as per the covid coven cults rituals.

The Company is in a death spiral of apathy. It should crash in January when the risk takers and independent thinkers are fired.

Can you believe Kumar just sent out an email asking to donate to the Ford PAC to ensure people are elected that support our “ innovative agenda” ! If you donate the recommended amount you get a T shirt.

Maybe they should have a mandatory PAC payroll deduction starting in January.

Most trusted company ….

When in recent memory was the last time Ford did the right thing ? Maybe canning Nasser , who was almost as divisive as what we have going on now.

@swz+1dNbnaww - Ford will do whatever they have to to keep sucking on the gov't te-t instead of producing high quality vehicles that aren't seeing weekly recalls issued. The Ford BoD and C-level "fon't give a duck" about the American populace or their own workers and will happily sacrifice workers in order to keep the free gov't money flowing. So the good relevant news about the OSHA reg's being put on hold now, until the SCOTUS has another chance to drop the ball on hot topics, is that we can find better pastures while Ford goes down the path of most profit to the upper eschelons.

In Germany, there is a brother that’s giving you a free half hour with a girl of your choice for getting the jab. Something for the Ford family to consider if this whole pretending we’re all Federal contractors and threatening us with imminent unemployability and eventual financial ruin doesn’t work out.

While rules for employers with over 100 people are on hold, it is still Game On for Federal contractors. Don't expect Ford to change their vaccine requirement.
