CWA, IBEW, and Verizon have come to an agreement on the mandate. No mandate for the majority of employees. Here’s the breakdown.
- Home garaging will be reinstated January 1, 2022. There will be no overtime given for driving work vehicleto first job and from last job.
- Work from home made permanent for CSSC. Cameras will be sent to homes to be used during meetings, disciplinary actions, and at members discretion.
- Some offices will reopen for people who would like to go back to the office, but the vaccine will be mandated for any who choose to do so.
- When the pandemic ends, in office meetings will occur every 6 months. Half the day spent with the Union and the other half for management.
- $10,000 will be given to each member for home garaging and office setup.
- 7 year extension to contract. 1 time increase to match inflation, followed by 2.5% annual increases.
- All members will receive yearly RSU equal to 10% of yearly salary.
