I’m not a college snob by any stretch, but we’ve got senior leaders without college degrees or with laughable for-profit fake degrees. Lance the wanna be tough guy, VP of the cybersecurity clown show, went to ITT Tech, for F’s sake. Is that even still in business? And former government workers are certainly not the best and the brightest. They are worst and the dullest; they only know how to follow orders. How do we expect to attract talent with these loser rejects at the helm? FB just keeps dragging them along with him because they’ll do anything he wants and they certainly pose no threat to him.

Only one of these three things will help you at all.
College is for people who don’t know what they want to do and waste their time and money getting a piece of paper that is nowhere near as powerful as EXPERIENCE. Get to work and work your way up the chains. That is the best way to grow in your career. Work hard, be loyal and look out for yourself.
Im not sure how old the average poster is here, but as a more-recent graduate I'm not sure why you place so much value in college degrees. Its essentially adult daycare for people to major in le----n dance theory
I have to agree with you on the Senior Leadership in the security group, is a clown show now. I didn't know they didn't have solid experience or degree's. It explains why they let a handful of MIT grads go, which were picked up by other companies within weeks.
I'd be much more worried about our leaders previous actions at JP Morgan Chase. If you read the following article, you'll find three familiar names. If the three amigos behaved this unethically there, what do you think they do at FISV?

Of course they never get into trouble. People of that socioeconomic class never do. If you or I did that, we'd be led away in handcuffs.

This is nonsense —- misleading headline. A vp somewhere is hardly senior management. Stop grasping at straws if you have a legitimate issue ok, but this headline that you’ve created is bs.
