Lol strong disagree. NA has its problems, but moving from Global to NA is hardly a step down. Global teams are an absolute cush job, speaking from experience. No ownership over delivering real results.

All global does is have tantrums because they don’t know the business and in a GEO the might actually have to work…not really JR thing…working
People are moved from global to NA for one reason - so that they can say they’ve “worked in the business” and thus qualified for that next step. If they stay (are abandoned) in NA…huge red flag.
Personally, I love seeing those enormous Sr./Director egos - jokers who think they’re operating at the absolute highest corporate level - shipped south-of Jenkins, never to be officed at WHQ proper again lol
