Not on the nonsense of attacking one another. At the end of the day our clients only care about the quality of our products and services….spend time thinking positive it is liberating.

The competition? The competition is us with all the Fiserv people who have left and gone to work for the competition.
We are concerned about quality. The loss of staff, due to RTO, is forcing good people out the door. Quality is not delivered by a team loaded with new people.
OP must not be onthe front lines and interfacing with clients.

Well I never met Ginny at IBM but public data and such all but proved she ran IBM into the ground, as did John Akers during years. Never met Jack Welch either. Or Lou Gerstner. But we know how they did and others too.
