As insecure as Fiserv has made long term employees about their jobs over the last few years why would anyone uproot their family to relocate and then risk being let go as part of a RIF a year later.
Does it occur to you that maybe they … don’t really want those folks to come?

Why are you suggesting the need for people in Brookfield to relocate to New Jersey? Brookfield is a hub, shouldn’t need to relocate if based there.
I've been to the Brookfield campus a few times. If there is less than 100 in there on a daily basis they need to sell that place and rent one of those strip mall suites like we had in Tampa. Unbelievable waste of real estate, fossil fuels (especially in Wisconsin winters) and cost.
I've been back in office at Brookfield a few times but have no idea how many are actually coming into office at this time but by judging the amount of cars in the parking lots, I'd say less than 100. You're probably right about no one from midwest moving there. Prob only those on east coast and not including Florida. Who in their RIGHT mind would leave Florida for that state?
How many people are even in the Brookfield building daily? The place is huge and Corporate is not even located there any more other than on paper. My guess is less than 100 per day.
