So curious, are people hoping/wanting layoffs because they know they are resigning post bonus? I know that I'm in that group...hoping to get laid off this week. I saw that comp decisions are delayed to next week...very odd to be doing comp decisions over the TGiving break...so either they are waiting for folks to be let go, or layoff round coming.

I'm with the I do not care one smidge group! Layoff would be awesome and if that doesn't happen - post bonus (or before if I land something)!
Actually many of us are looking forward to it. Collect. End miserable time at this backwards company. Put effort finding new job.
Priorities for people have changed. Banks too slow to adapt. Especially BofA.
I really don't give a damn if they lay off or not. I hate this fuhking company so much that I hope I get laid off and they give me my severance. I will get another job because of my experience. I have never had a problem getting employment . BOA is a fuhking a disaster with incompetent management from top to the bottom. These mofos don't have a clue on how to run a company. Just look how they have handled the RTO .
It used to stress me but now I'm indifferent... if it happens, it happens. Regroup and move on.
