Free Speech

Does anyone know which foreign government this website is run by?

Just trying to figure out why it's not protected by Free Speech, is it Facebook?

Their website, their rules...don't like it then don't post. Make your own and you can have all the free speech you want.

Plenty more to go but some good news
The man known as the "QAnon Shaman," who stormed the Senate chamber on January 6 adorned in face paint and wearing a fur helmet with horns, was sentenced to 41 months behind bars on Wednesday for his involvement in the attack on the Capitol.

Snowflake much? You remind of clip I saw over weekend on lady being offended at a comedy club.
How many more traitors are going to jail because of January 6, 2021?

"The very mission of TheLayoff.com is predicated upon the anonymity of its users. Therefore, we at TheLayoff.com give utmost importance to the privacy of our visitors. "

Can you please change the statement to above "We are a bunch of liars"??

""We don't really care about your privacy"" is the message I get from even posting on here.

"TheLayoff.com is for your personal, lawful use

TheLayoff.com is designed and supported for personal use only. You may not use TheLayoff.com to break any law, violate an individual's privacy, or infringe any person or entity's intellectual property or any other proprietary rights"

This website is literally infringing on "intellectual property" of any corporation where corporate employees say anything, and they make so much money off this; you have violated your own terms of service and the NDA's corporate employees have signed.

I thought the purpose of this website was for people to find out if their corporate overlords will let them go from their job, not for the moderators to restrict what is being said.

Since you are the government now, which rules of yours did I break?

I'm always fascinated by people who continuously keep breaking the rules of the site and then cry and moan 'free speech!' when their posts are deleted. As others have said, this is a private site, which makes it private property. The owner makes the rules. Follow those rules (you'll find them at the bottom of every page, I believe) and your posts will stay up. Break the rules and they'll be deleted. It's not quantum physics.
My guess is you keep breaking the "no off-topic" rule. Talking about the mandate in relation to the company is one thing, debating the vaccine and its effectiveness is another. Only one of these things is on-topic. Can you guess which?

The more I think about we need moderators on network news show. I think they use to be called producers but that is not working anymore. We need disclaimers below all those opinion show so people don’t get confused.

There is no such thing as protected free speech on any private website. This is private property.

You just know this is the same person who ask the moderator to block me because he didn’t like my truthful words. “Hey moderator” dont forget the donuts honey
